The current congressman, Jim McDermott, is retiring from this district. He’s been a huge progressive champion, and we need to make sure someone just as wonderful takes his place. That’s Pramila! She’s a state senator who spent the last 25 years as a Seattle organizer and activist — leading the charge for $15 minimum wage, founding an immigrant rights’ organization, and passing legislation to help rape survivors.
