WhenAi??MassachusettsAi??voters go to the polls in November, they won’t only have a chance to elect bold progressive Elizabeth Warren. They’ll also be presented with the opportunity to vote on a ballot referendum (Question 3) which would legalize the use of medical marijuana in the state.
Polling conducted by Public Policy Polling has found that 58 percent of Massachussetts voters support the ballot initiative, while only 27 percent oppose it.
Warren’s Republican opponent weighed in against it on Friday. Senator Scott Brown told the Associated Press that he sympathizes with suffering people but that he thinks the law is too broad.
MassachusettsAi??voters should keep Brown’s unpopular position in mind when they vote in November.
Scott Brown should be made a special target for us in this election. First, just think about who held that Senate seat for decades. Second his attempts to be a more moderate Republican is just an act designed to fool the electorate. He is true and dedicated right winger and was just lucky he ran against the worst campaign and candidate the first time. The fact that Elizabeth Warren is so despised by the right should even be sufficient to give it OUR best to help get her elected. The Republicans are trying to paint a picture of her as just a Harvard lackey. I remember when going to Harvard was considered a major achievement. So I am proud that my daugher just graduated from there this past June and the right wing can go fck themselves.
